Research Summary:
Digital transformation and its impact on the Egyptian economy. Egypt is striving to focus on digital transformation for economic progress, growth, and better utilization of resources. Many countries are seeking to invest in digital technology innovations to build an integrated and comprehensive digital social, economic, cultural, political, and health society in Egypt. This society works to improve the environment, achieve well-being, raise the standard of living for citizens, and expand the existing economy. It also works to bridge the digital gap, eliminate poverty, and keep pace with the changes brought about by digital technology. This technology is improving performance in various economic sectors, increasing production at the level of companies, institutions, banks, and investment. It is also interpreting behavior to create business development events, expediting progress at a low cost, facilitating the buying and selling of goods and services, enhancing operational efficiency, providing new job opportunities, providing financial services, monitoring work, improving government performance, and the digital products sector. It also works on aspects based on information technology, such as digital platforms, and the ability to engage in public-private partnerships to develop and increase production capacity and move towards an investment climate.
