Abstract

This study aims to know the role of the organizational climate in 
improving the performance of human resources in sports management, 
by highlighting the organizational structure and communication 
processes within the organization and their impact on decision-making 
by managers, and we used the descriptive method in the survey 
method on a sample of managers and heads of departments in the 
facilities Sports affiliated to the Directorate of Youth and Sports in the 
state of M'sila for the year 2018/2019, whose number is (25 directors, 
heads of departments), and to collect the results, we used the questionnaire as a tool for the study, with reliance on the 
percentage as a statistical means, and we concluded as a result that the 
organizational climate has a role in improving the performance of 
human resources in Sports management, and we recommend in the 
end not to create negative attitudes towards the prevailing 
organizational climate among the employees of the facility and reduce 
them and develop plans to overcome them and create an appropriate 
climate.
